We accept secure online payment by VISA, MASTERCARD, ACCESS, SOLO, DELTA, SWITCH and AMERICAN EXPRESS debit and credit cards.
All online transactions are processed via Protx, the largest independent payment service provider in the UK.

Payment will be taken immediately upon ordering, by authorising and settling all transactions as soon as the customer's address has been verified by their issuing bank. If a product is not available to dispatch at the time of the order, the payment taken will be regarded as a prepayment.
By Cheque
You can also send us a cheque to pay for your goods. Cheques should be made payable to
'Soundware Ltd'.
Please allow approx. 5 days for cheques to clear before goods are despatched.

Purchase Order
Purchase orders from the following organisations can be faxed on 0191 260 2255 or posted.
Our standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date.
For bulk orders please contact us and we will be happy to provide a quotation.

Delivery Information
Orders for In stock items totalling over £30 and placed before 3:30pm will be despatched same day and be with you next working day.
Other item's can be ordered on short notice from our suppliers from whom we recieve regular deliveries.These will usually be despatched within 3-5 days.
Special order items will be ordered on request and will usually be despatched within 6-10 days.
In the event an item is out of stock or cannot be despatched within our normal times we will contact you with an expected delivery time.
Order Tracking
You will recieve an email confirmation on despatch of your order. This will include your tracking reference and a link from which you can track the progress online.

Insurance is included in delivery charge.
We can also offer various premium delivery services including early morning or Saturday deliveries. Please contact us for further details and prices.
Please note a surcharge may apply to some bulkier orders that are off the UK mainland or in Northern Ireland.
Security is a priority for us, and in some circumstances it may not be possible to ship to an address other than the cardholder's billing address. We reserve the right to refuse to ship orders to addresses that do not meet our security requirements. In the event that your order does not meet our security requirements we will contact you as soon as possible.
Returns
We offer a 'no quibble' returns policy on all hardware products we supply.
Please contact us within 14 days of reciept of goods if you wish to return an item. We will then issue a returns number.
Items must be returned to us in a resaleable condition. Returned items to be shipped at customers expense and risk.
Software cannot be returned if it has been opened or unsealed in any way unless proven to be defective.
Defective goods will be replaced at our cost.
We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of up to 25% on non defective goods returned after the 14 day period or for goods not in resaleable condition.
Goods
We can not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose and you should check specifications and compatibility with ourselves or manufacturers before ordering.
In the event of non-availability of goods we will contact you to arrange alternatives or a refund where applicable.
