Delivery

Orders are usually despatched within 10 working days of receipt. If you need your order for a particular deadline, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Our standard delivery charge is £10.00 for all duplication orders.

How to order

  • Send your master CD to us, including your name, address and details of your order (number of copies, any extras) at the following address:

    Soundware AudioClinic, 1 Osborne Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE2 2AA.

  • Master CDs can also be dropped off at our premises during office hours Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm. How to find us

    If you are supplying artwork for the disc or insert, please ensure that the following requirements are met:

  • Artwork must be in either .eps or .pdf format, preferably with layered images.
  • Resolution for paper inserts must be a minimum of 300dpi.
  • Resolution for onbody print (the print on the CD) must be a minimum of 1200dpi.

    • Payment Methods

    By Cheque - please make payable to 'Soundware' and include with your item(s).

    By Credit Card - we will contact you on receipt of your item(s) to process payment.

    *Please ensure masters are suitably protected and securely packed as we are not responsible for any damage which may arise during carriage to us.
    *Please remember to include full contact details with your order.
