We will notify you of the decision by email. This is usually within 1 working day.
If your application is successful the documents will be sent out to you by post for you to sign and return in the envelope provided. On receipt of the correctly signed documents your equipment will be despatched.
You will be sent a reminder by our Finance Company 1 month before payment is due. You then have two options:
- Pay balance in full before the 12 months is up and pay no interest.*
- Choose to pay balance with 48 monthly payments at a rate of 29.8% APR.
* Please note: A £15.00 settlement fee is payable with your final payment.
Applicants must be:
- 18 years old or over.
- Permanently resident in the UK for the last three years.
And either:
- In regular, permanent employment working a minimum of 16 hours per week (including students).
- Retired from regular employment. (Minimum age 50)
- Not working through disability.
- Self employed (Proof of status required)
- Armed Forces
